Our founder, Gemma Hallett, was a teacher who saw bright, capable young people leaving education without direction or access to opportunity.
She knew the system needed to change - so she built something new.
From a classroom idea to a national platform, miFuture has grown into a movement for future skills, work readiness, and employability.
