Hey miFuture Community,
🙏 We’ve been busy and we owe you an update... sorry for the delay!
The first half of 2025 has been manic, fast-moving and foundational. In the background, we’ve been laying critical groundwork for the next chapter.
Here’s what we’ve been up to.
1. Skill Bursts are coming
We’ve developed our first 5-minute gamified microlessons, designed to deliver engaging, bite-sized learning experiences. These will form the core of our new Skill Bursts product, going live soon.
We’re now looking for schools and colleges who want to be early adopters — not just to pilot the content but to actively shape how it evolves. If your learners would benefit from hands-on experience with the future of workplace learning, now’s the time to get involved.
Let me know here 👉 Skill Bursts Pilot
2. The Skills Pyramid: Our Foundation
We’ve also published the Skills Pyramid, the framework behind Skill Bursts.
Validated with input from employers, it sets out the essential capabilities young people need to thrive in the new economy.
This framework will shape everything we build going forward, it'll be our curriculum to prepare the emerging workforce for the future f work.
You can find out more about it here👉 Download the Skills Pyramid here
3. AI Literacy: the new baseline
One of the first Skill Bursts game play strands will focus on AI Literacy, and for good reason.
AI is no longer optional. It’s fast becoming a baseline skill, not just for developers, but for everyone. If you can’t use AI, you might not stay employable. We’re not talking about building robots or designing massive models, we’re talking about functional, workplace-level literacy.
Just as the internet made digital literacy non-negotiable, AI is accelerating the need for a new foundational skillset. Both the World Economic Forum and LinkedIn have identified AI Literacy as one of the fastest-growing skills in the workforce.
That’s why we’re investing in building it in — early. Our AI Literacy microlessons are fudn and in development, and we’re currently exploring different game styles to deliver the most effective learning experience.
The next generation needs this. And we’re building it for them.
If you have any questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out. We value your input and are committed to building a solution that benefits all members of our network.
Thank you for your continued support and engagement. Together, we are making significant strides toward a brighter future for young adults.
